The guarantee of the products purchased from the online store www.e-kakolyris.gr is valid from the first day the order was placed through the site. The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from incorrect assembly, misuse and storage, damage from third parties and normal wear and tear from outdoor installation. From the date of receipt of the products up to 7 days after the products should be checked for any damage. In this case the costs of returning the original product and shipping the new one are borne by the company. Withdrawal You have the right to return a product you have purchased from our online store, exercising the right of withdrawal (only if the product has not been used and its packaging has not been damaged) and to request a refund of the price you have paid or the issuance of a credit coupon value corresponding to the price paid, within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. The refund process is launched as soon as we receive the product and as long as it is in excellent condition and completed within 7 working days.
